In this series you will learn about his 3 Prerequisites for Success and understand how Quality Preparation can improve your test riding performance. He will explain his theories about Mental Fitness and how you can achieve it and help you to discover how to achieve your Optimum Performance when you are at the competition.
This DVD is designed for novice competition levels and is suitable for all types of riders from those just starting out to experienced trainers and competitors. Judges will also find this a useful tool in helping to understand just what goes into making a good rider and horse combination.
This first volume focuses on the importance of good foundations in the rider’s training regime at the Basic/Novice level:

· Working Patterns which help horse and rider compete at their optimum level
