This year’s finals in Rai Stadium, Amsterdam, saw Holland’s Anky van Grunsven with a third consecutive World Cup title on the ever improving 12 year old Salinero, to add to her European and Olympic titles, making it 8 wins in total for her in the 21 years of this competition.
However, the performance of second placed Isabel Werth and the huge 10 year old chestnut Warum Nicht promised that Anky will to have it all her own way in the coming years.
Jan Brink (SWE) once again produced a high class performance on the reliable Bjorsells Briar in third, and Holland filled fourth and fifth places with Edward Gal and Imke Schellekens-Bartels.
All 12 tests of the kur are shown in full and all but the first test of the program are, by popular demand, without commentary.
